Long Scopes

In 1776, the first "Riffle with a Tellescope to it" was born. Roughly 80 years later, William Malcolm began assembly of his Rifle Telescopes, a far improvement over the original concept. We've carried that tradition forward with barrel-length scopes that are a step ahead of the classic telescopes.

Early rifle telescopes date back to the 19th century, with some of the first practical designs appearing in the 1830s. These early scopes were simple tube-mounted optics with limited magnification and clarity, primarily used by long-range marksmen and hunters. As technology advanced, improvements in lens quality, reticle design, and durability led to the development of more reliable and precise rifle scopes, laying the foundation for modern optics used in hunting, tactical, and military applications.
