Return Authorization Procedure

Here at Hi-Lux, we strive to provide you with the best service. Hi-Lux, Leatherwood, and Malcolm Optics products covered by the DiamondTuff Guarantee are repaired without charge. If the required repair work is not covered under warranty, we will contact you before any repairs are made.

USA RETURN PROCEDURE - USA

If you live in the United States, please follow the procedure below.

  • Step 1: Visit our FAQ Page for answers to common questions about our products.
  • Step 2: Fill out the following Service Request Form [PDF]. Then email the completed form to info@hi-luxoptics.com or call us at (310)257-8142 to receive an RA# and return instructions.
  • Step 3: Write your RA# on your cardboard shipping carton and ship your optic to the following address:

                  Torrance, CA 90505
  • Step 4: Hi-Lux service technicians will evaluate your product. If covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
  • Step 5: Turn around time will vary, but we'll do our best to return your optics to you quickly.

NOTE: THEFT, LOSS, DAMAGE RESULTING FROM INTENTIONAL MISUSE, AND NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ARE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
