Designed by Toby, the TBML39X40 .50 cal BDC can be fine tuned for various bullets and muzzle velocities.
• In addition to the main crosshair, the Toby Bridges' Muzzleloader Scope has 3 short crossbars for aiming.
• BDC determined by thousands of rounds of test firing with saboted muzzleloading bullets at wide ranges of velocity.
I HAVE SEVERAL BLACK POWDER GUNS OF DIFFERENT GUN MAKERS,AND SO I HAVE A VERITY OF DIFFERENT BRANDS OF SCOPES. MY HONEST OPINION FOR AT LEAST AS I AM CONCERNED IS THAT EVEN THOUGHT SOME OF THE OTHER SCOPES COST MUCH MORE, THE HI-LUX IS MY FAVORITE TO HUNT WITH. IT HAS A CLEARER FIELD OF VIEW, AND IS MUCH EASIER TO GET THE TARGET IN VIEW AND THE CROSS HAIR CENTERED THAN ANY OF THE OTHER SCOPES, AND THEY HOLD ZERO. I HAVE TWO OF THEM AND NEITHER ON HAD MOVED OFF ZERO. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE 300 YARD HASH MARK. I DON'T SHOOT DEER AT THAT RANGE BUT I DO LIKE TO SHOOT AT THAT DISTANCE WHEN I TARGET PRACTICE. MY THINKING IS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE ABLE TO HIT A TARGET COMFORTABLY AT LEAST A 100 YARDS FARTHER THAN YOU NORMALLY WOULD BE SHOOTING AT LIVE GAME.
I have not used it much but so far it seems fine
Clear optics, easy focusing. Best ML scope I have ever owned
I intend to mount this scope on my CVA Accura. Appreciate the fact that this scope has been developed specifically for a muzzleloader. Others have rated this scope very highly.
