I like it!

This scope replaced a Nikon on one of my AR10 rifles. I wanted a FFP optic, with an Mrad reticle, that would give me more confidence with holdover at longer distances. Glass is clear, clicks are clicky and easy to count. Setting zero is easy. No zero stop, but I'm fine with that.
You'll be hard pressed to find glass this good for the price, pretty sure they discontinued them. That's a bummer

Great Scope, but with limited features.

I am very impressed with this scope. The design is rugged, the turrets are oversized, which makes adjustments easy to see and hear. The glass is crisp the image quality is well defined, the reticule is in the first focal plane and easy to use. I do not use the windage that often, so I cannot speak to the tracking. Everything about this optic was well thought out with the end users in mind. I am new to this company and its product line-up, however, it is apparent that Hi-Lux took input from shooters into consideration in the process of creating this optic.

With this said, there are limitations, that I am hoping will be addressed in later models: first and foremost, to be competitive in this industry, the products need to have standard features that shooters can count on having when they upgrade their kit. The fact this scope does not have a "Hard Return to Zero Stop" is a missed opportunity for Hi-Lux. Shooting any competition, but mainly tactical matches where moving from one firing point to another can range from a few yards to miles. After moving a few clicks in the elements, fatigue will eventually set in and remembering to reset the zero on your optic after a firing evolution becomes very common. Taking time to find your last firing solution to ensure you make the right adjustment back to zero is time lost and generally a pain in the ass. So the need for a zero stop is absolutely critical. Secondly,(this is kind of a wishlist ask), but locking turrets would be a really nice touch.

Initially, I was going to return the scope based on the fact that there is not a Return to zero stop feature. However, I made the decision to keep it, just because, I actually think this scope is a good piece of kit and a great value!
